There are two available payment options, you will be asked to select your
method of payment during the checkout process:
- Secure online payment using PayPal.
Selecting this option will transfer you to the PayPal website where you
will be asked to enter your credit/debit card payment details and your
delivery information to complete the transaction. You do not need a
PayPal account to use this method.
- Postal payment via cheque or postal order.
On electing to pay by cheque or postal order you will be asked to fill out the 'customer
order details form', which you must complete in full for us to accept your order.
Upon transmitting the 'customer order details form' by clicking the 'confirm' button
you will be presented with your invoice which you should print out for
your records, also make a note of the invoice number shown at the top-right
of the page as you must include this with your payment (if you are able to
include a copy of the invoice with your payment, this would be very helpful to us).

made payable to 'Infocus Distribution Ltd.'.
Ensure that any payment made is in POUNDS STERLING, we do not accept
foreign currency payments in any circumstances. Any payment received in currencies
other than pounds sterling cannot be accepted or returned.
Payment must reach us within seven days, if we do not receive
your payment within this period, products will be released
back into the online store for sale.
Items paid for by cheque will not be sent until
cleared through our bank. Please note this can take up to 7 Days.
If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an
order may result from the ordered product being out-of-stock,
problems obtaining authorisation on payment or the identification
of an error within the product information including price or promotion. |
